Specialising in composite materials, COGIT Composites offers: - R&D, - a laboratory dedicated to advanced processes (moulding of liquid composites, stamping, over-moulding) - Advanced engineering of composite parts (design, calculation, optimisation) - Simulation of processes: RTM injection, hot stamping, polymer injection, textile forming - Manufacture of thermoplastic parts by stamping, over-moulding (PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PPS), injection - 3D printing of technical polymers (PEEK, PEKK, etc.) By creating COGIT AM (Additive Manufacturing), COGIT Composites also directs its activities towards the development of a high-performance large dimension 3D printer and a high-performance pellet printhead. These two machines transform high mechanical strength polymers (such as PEEK, PEKK, PAEK, PEI, PPSU, etc..) to supply very demanding sectors such as aeronautics, space, defence, medical, etc. The “Pellet Extruder HT PRO-S” prints granules that offer a major advantage, cutting costs by 10 compared to wire reels offered by competing machines.
