DSM is a machining subcontractor based at 1 hour in the east of Paris. Working according to ISO 9000 standards, equipped with a fleet of 13 modern, high-performance CNC machines, more than 60% automated and able to be counted on qualified employees organized in 2x8, DSM specializes in machining according to plan of all materials: -Thermoplastics--> PEHD, PA6, POM,PEEK, PP, ABS, CELORON, PC, PMMA, ... -Aluminum --> 6060 / 6082 / 2011 / 2017 / 7075... -Stainless steel --> 303,304L,316L... -Brass/Bronze -and of course the Steels --> E24, E36, C35, C45,16NC6, 42CD4, 40CMD8... We have specialized in the production of parts by chip removal with a volume of 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm but our latest investments allow us, for soft materials, to produce parts up to 4 meters x 2 meters.
