Decomatic manufactures fasteners and screws for the aeronautics industry. It processes materials such as Inconel®, Waspaloy®, titanium and stainless steel, as well as implementing hot stamping, turning, grinding and rolling methods. This know-how applies to all standardised parts, from plan or according to specifications. Decomatic’s expertise is capable of adapting to new demands on complicated parts, with an in-house development phase. Hot stamping, rolling and burnishing are special processes integrated into our production, recognised and qualified by customers. They complement our bar turning and grinding skills. Decomatic thus covers a wide range of parts: screws, bolts, nuts, plugs, shafts, assembly components, locks, rings, inserts, etc. Our integrated, customer-qualified analytical laboratory is recognised for the quality and traceability of manufacturing.
