It specialises in the machining of hard metals till68HRC (alloys Nickel - Cobalt and super alloys) from single parts to medium series for the following sectors: - Aeronautics and space - Medical -Nuclear - Industry (hydraulic and mechanical) We can meet Speed Shop / AOG requirements or handle complete mechanical sub-assemblies. Equipped with 20 digitally controlled machines: - 10 CNC Lathe Ø 6 to Ø 800 x 800 mm - 2 Milling machines 5-axis 650 x 750 x 650 mm - 3 Milling machines 4-axis 600 x 600 x 600 mm - 2 milling machines 1200 x 500 mm - 2 EDMs (electrical discharge machining units) 600 x 400 x 450 mm with diameters of up to 0.2 mm We are able to meet your complete production management needs, from materials to finishing with treatments (Heat Treatment and Surface Treatment).
