Eclore was created with the aim of exploiting new solutions for industrial folding thanks to the innovative process that we have developed. Our first product is a protective bellows inspired by origami. We have developed an innovative industrial folding process based on origami. From this innovation is born a new generation of protective bellows for shafts (screws, rods) and cylinders (hydraulic, electric and pneumatic), eco-designed, resistant and with large dimensions. The folding process allows us to optimise space and weight, making our products compact and light, while guaranteeing a very high level of resistance over time (10 million cycles) and to the elements (UV, shock, dust). Our protective bellows improve the life of the protected equipment by avoiding external contamination, allowing longer use of the machines and considerably reducing their maintenance costs. From this folding technology, a vacuum gripper and a pneumatic cylinder will soon follow.
